Methodology & Governance
MICIS combines institutional evidence, current external intelligence and accountable human decisions. Academic authority remains with the approved MDF and designated University staff.
MDF authority
The current approved MDF is fixed for each review cycle. MICIS may analyse it and develop aligned materials, but cannot amend or override it.
Evidence transparency
Every review states which materials were available. Missing materials are never presented as reviewed.
Human approval
AI-supported recommendations and draft outputs remain subject to Module Leader review and approval.
Decision memory
Accepted, rejected, deferred and amended decisions remain part of the cumulative module intelligence record.
Implementation evidence
Accepted recommendations remain live until completion and verification are supported by evidence.
Security and provenance
Version history, sources and change logs support accountability across the lifecycle. CCA-A4 adds protected Administrator access and fictitious Users & Access controls. Package 2 routes deploy-preview MICIS data requests through the authenticated server bridge. Production activation and real users are not implemented.
